Custom SCORŪ Training
To increase each participant’s depth of understanding
of a SCORŪ Project as applied in the book, Supply Chain Excellence, and develop knowledge and skill of how to produce
key project deliverables.

This custom designed workshop will use the book, Supply
Chain Excellence: A Handbook to Dramatic Improvement Using the SCORŪ Model, and the tool, ProcessWizard, as guide to
activities, tools, lessons learned, techniques, and templates focused on a real SCORŪ Project in your company. A workshop
planning team will work with Peter to incorporate your targeted supply chain profile into the exercises and
examples including an industry comparison, select metrics, geographic map,
and high level process flow.

Ideally suited for 12, this workshop can be effectively
delivered for as few as 4 and as many as 20. As a guideline, participants will be divided into teams of 3 to 4 to allow
for small group discussion and hands-on activity.
